Jillian Marie Kelleher is a Strategic Growth & Development specialist with over 15 years of experience at the intersection of entertainment, tech, and social impact.
She is the founder of Connector Entertainment Group, a boutique agency specializing in strategic partnerships, management, creative content, and event production for global lifestyle brands. She is passionate about community building and possesses deep expertise in the often misunderstood "creator economy.”
She currently represents artists, writers, producers & creators, including: Craig Leon (The Ramones, Blondie, Talking Heads), JM Salinas (“aka Human Fader) and Panoram // Toy Factory Studios based out of Mexico City.
In 2023, she helped launch Live Nation's Influencer Marketing - Venue Ambassador Program, where she toured over 20 outdoor amphitheaters nationwide with top TikTok Influencers to produce unique content highlighting select aspects of Live Nation’s venues.
From 2020-2023 during the pandemic, she handled the creation & community management of Harry Connick Jr.'s fan community, The Neutral Ground, as well as his online learning course, Piano Party, using platforms like Discord and Podia.
During that time she also served as Executive Producer for Global Intrapreneur Week, a summit with the BMW Foundation aimed at accelerating institutional changemakers.
From 2015-2019 she moved her business to Nashville,TN for four years, where she served as the Head of Community Relations for The Music Business Association and also consulted for top brands like: Jaxsta, Spotify, Warner Music Group, Southern Ground Studios (Zac Brown Band) and Slack.
Prior to that she worked in NYC as the Speaker & Programming Coordinator for the New Music Seminar under the leadership of Tom Silverman (Tommy Boy Records) and the Studio Manager of The Penthouse at QUAD Studios in Times Square.
She is a creative at heart and started her career as singer-songwriter & touring musician. In 2013 she was one of 10 people chosen to participate in the The Johnny Mercer Foundation Songwriters Project, presented by ASCAP. In 2016 she was named one of NSAI’s Top 40 Songwriters to watch.
Outside of work, Jillian has a passion for music education and spent close to 10 years volunteering as the Head of Programming & Events for Music Unites, a nonprofit organization that brings music programs to underfunded inner-city schools nationwide.
She was born and raised in New York and graduated from James Madison University with a B.A. in Speech Communications & a minor in French.
